Quality Optimization

The supervision team buys each bale of cotton to ensure a constant level of quality in the yarn. To check the qualities of raw cotton, the mill runs tests on it. These include length, strength, and color fastness; short-term fluctuations and flaws; yarn elongation; and yarn count.
